Home Health Aide
The Home Health Aide will follow the Care Plan written by the Nurse to provide selected aspects of care. The Home Health Aide may provide personal care, rehabilitative and support services essential to the patients health.
Home Health Aides may assist in activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, eating, dressing, toileting, exercise, and ambulation. They may support teachings of all agency clinicians. They make specific observations and report to the Nurse any unusual deviations in symptoms or emotional health. |
