Nursing
Nursing Practice is a direct service, goal directed and adaptable to the needs of the individual. The professional practitioners of nursing bear primary responsibility and accountability for the nursing care that clients receive.
Our nurses will monitor patient vitals, teach and provide treatments as needed.
They will develop, in conjunction with the Physician and the patient, a comprehensive care plan and make appropriate adjustments in accordance to the written orders of the Physician. They will establish and maintain goals.
The Staff Nurse will assume responsibility for an assigned level of patients according to the development of the care plan. |
