Medical Social Worker
The Medical Social Worker is responsible to continue and develop knowledge and understanding of patients, families, and other caregivers of therapeutic and preventive interventions.
The Social Worker shall have knowledge of community resources and make appropriate referrals on behalf of the patient. |
