Our Physical Therapists make home visits to evaluate and assess patients’ physical abilities. They develop a plan of care in conjunction with the Physician.
Occupational Therapy
The Occupational Therapist is responsible to provide an optimum level of care and to strive for excellence in practice.
Occupational Therapists make home visits to evaluate and assess patients’ physical abilities. A plan of care is developed in conjunction with the Physician.
Speech Therapy
The Speech Therapist is responsible to provide language rehabilitation services.
Our Speech Therapists will evaluate the patient’s communication needs and develop and implement a plan of treatment in accordance with physician orders. |
